SERVICE UPDATE #17 (1/4/24): If you are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms, particularly after having traveled, please call our office prior to any in-person meeting or drop-off.

SERVICE UPDATE #16 (4/17/23): Initial meetings are primarily held by Zoom or telephone. In-person (outside) meetings are available under special circumstances. We continue to offer “Curbside” drop off, pick up, and signings. In-office document signings have been re-introduced. However, if you have traveled outside of Oahu recently or come into contact with someone who may have an illness please continue to wear a mask (we advise re-scheduling your appointment).

SERVICE UPDATE #15 (11/2/22): Thankfully most covid related illnesses seem to lack severity. However, we remain vigilant with some covid protections in place because of our responsibility to our clients and family members who may be older or immune system compromised. Video (Zoom) and teleconferencing is available. We continue to utilize “Curbside” drop off, pick up, and document signing by appointment only. Masks are optional, but are encouraged if you have travelled outside of Oahu recently or come into contact with someone who may have an illness. We are grateful to you for adapted along with us.

SERVICE UPDATE #14 (8/20/22): We continue to wait for a consistent and permanent drop off of covid exposures and illnesses in the community. However, our clients and their families indicate covid exposures and cases have actually increased in the last few months. While thankfully most covid related illnesses seem to lack the severity of earlier years, our responsibility to our clients, many of whom are immune system compromised, keep us vigilant. Our office safety procedures remain in place for the benefit of our clients, their families, and our staff. Video (Zoom) and teleconferencing is available. We continue to utilize “Curbside” drop off, pick up, and document signing. We are grateful that our clients have adapted along with us.

SERVICE UPDATE #8 (9/2/21): Free planning tip: 90% or more of Covid-19 cases and 98% or more of Covid-19 deaths are among the unvaccinated.

SERVICE UPDATE #7 (8/16/21): Our office recognizes that children under 12 have not yet had the opportunity to receive the vaccine shots and that the more contagious Delta variant is now the predominant Covid-19 strain. Consequently, our office safety procedures remain in place for the benefit of everyone. Video (Zoom) and teleconferencing is available. The State of Hawaii has recently suspended the availability of remote notary services. We continue to utilize “Curbside” drop off, pick up, and document signing. Thank you for your cooperation.

SERVICE UPDATE #6 (2/24/21): Although Honolulu has reached Tier 3, our office recognizes that most people have not yet had the opportunity to receive the vaccine shots. Consequently, our office safety procedures remain in place for the benefit of everyone. Video (Zoom) and teleconferencing is available as is curbside drop off and pick up of documents. Remote document signings continue to be available.

SERVICES UPDATE #4 (8/16/20): All in-person meetings have been suspended due to surging coronavirus case numbers; Zoom video conferencing and remove notary services continue to be available. Curbside drop off and pick up is available (see Visitor Procedure tab).

SERVICE UPDATE #3 (6/20/20): If necessary, limited office hours by appointment for signings are available. To limit unnecessary contact, discussions and question/answer sessions should occur prior to signing via teleconference or Zoom video conference. Mandatory entry procedures are in place (please see our “Visitor Procedure” page).
